Beyonce went home with big wins from the 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony, winning three Grammy awards. This of course includes the most coveted award of the music industry, Album of the Year. In addition to winning the biggest prize of the night, Beyonce also went on to take home the Grammy for Best Country Music Album and Best Country Duo/Group Performance with Miley Cyrus for their collaboration on Cowboy Carter entitled II MOST WANTED. The night of course was lovely and was not without emphasis on how culturally Black Americans had been shut out from said traditional genre despite having been historically pioneers within this field. Nevertheless, the Grammys this year brought back the joy and respect to Black pioneers in honors the Cowboy Carter album this year as well as spotlighting young artists like Shaboozey, for his huge crossover country hit Tipsy.
What is next in store for Beyonce’s career in the music realm? Unsure, however with the trajectory her music career is on at the moment there is no reason why the average listener shouldn’t be excited. Stay tuned!
